Re: CPP: Invalid convertions and sorry-unimplemented's error while translating it from C

There's not one problem here, there are a fair few. C and C++ are languages that are somewhat similar but do have their differences, and you're running into that. Either keep the code in C and link separate C++ code against it, or make sure all code complies to C++-standards.

Re: Conneting ESP8266 with Azure IOTHUB using AT commands

Note that this is an ESP32 forum; you may be better off asking a forum that is more ESP8266-oriented.

Re: why the antenna is damaged of ESP32-WROOM32

Can you tell us a bit more about where this is installed, plus a few more details about e.g. the PSU? My personal guess is that something arced over to the antenna. Effectively, from a DC point of view, the antenna is grounded, so it would be more-or-less a good point for the arc to go to. Also, if ...

git clone -b v3.2 --recursive https://github.com/expressif/esp-idf.git esp-idf-v3.2
Note that you spell the name of our company with an S, not with an X. (And you're right in that you probably aren't the first one making that mistake.)

Re: Is the arduino language a valid solution to make aftermarket products?

It's as much a 'valid solution' as it is to write it in anything else; if you, as a company, decide that the absolute best way to create a product is to write out Xtensa assembly and manually poke that into the flash chips of each product you make, then that is a valid solution. Is it a common solut...

Re: Need help to overrite one of file from component into ESP32

Sorry, we don't really have a way to override just one file... overrides happen on component levels only.

Can you post the contents of the panic (and if possible, the backtrace)?

Re: How to use the built in 1V1 reference?

You indeed are mistaken; it's the other way around. The ESP32 always uses the 1.1V reference, but you can switch in some attenuators to enlarge the available range.

Re: How to remove PWM signal from the pin?

It may be useful to figure out why the mcpwm functions don't do what you expect, but to answer your initial question: you can use gpio_reset_pin() to disconnect a GPIO from a peripheral.
