Yes if you copy the flash contents to another device it won't boot because the encryption key is different. Secure boot also uses a unique signing key per device for the bootloader. I think you are mixing up some things

Make uses msys2 so you need to use syntax /d/project/common
Cmake uses native so you can use D:\project\common but it should run in Windows shell so you can't use profile.d

You shouldn't have blocking infinite loops in rtos tasks. Either insert vtaskdelay or use a timer callback.

Amplitude should be <1.2V in case of sine wave signal, and <1V in case of square wave signal.
- Connect RTC pin "32K" => 10K pullup resistor => microcontroller pin VCC 3.3V (this is specific for the DS3231)

Yes rev0 silicon has a bug where you have to run the default wake stub when coming out of deepsleep. So if you set a custom stub you should call the default from it.
