Problem solved enabling "reassembly incoming fragmented IP packets" in LWIP (menuconfig).
That is enabled by default on my 3.1.1 IDF. I recall doing some UDP streaming on an earlier IDF. But the data packets were smaller than the MTU, so that may not mean much.

Re: Receiving streaming raw audio

My guess is that it doesn't work because you are doing it wrong. Tell us what you are doing wrong and we can tell you what to fix. :D

Re: Revert OTA cutting power supply and rebooting multiple times

Reverting to the factory partition by cycling power doesn't make any sense to me. Why don't you describe the conditions by which you wish to initiate a revert to factory partition. You could use this to decide whether it's a software reboot or a power up... RESET_REASON reason0 = rtc_get_reset_reaso...

Re: Simple WebServer doesn't work

Maybe you need to wait until the wifi is connected before you start the server.

Re: read from i2c failed 80 percent chance, after couple reboot it works

I just got around to doing a production test program. They wanted it done with Arduino IDE because they are familiar with the environment. I find that the I2C fails frequently right after programming and requires up to a couple resets before it works. I never have this problem with the IDF. Looks li...

The ESP32 only supports 2.4GHz wifi.

Re: Can ESP32 both manage one WebServer and one MQTTClient?

I don't see why not. I've used an MQTT client and an HTTPS client at the same time.

Re: Started validation for ESP-EYE Development Board

I recv'd one as well. Am very interested in wake word detection. There is only one in English... "Hello Lexin", in the ESP_WHO IDF. Unfortunately it takes me saying it a dozen times before it detects.

Re: How to do OTA from unknown local server

Or go easy way and turn off https for esp http client in menuconfig. Not thinking that will do anything. Plus, you can OTA w/ HTTPS and w/o a certificate. Disabling HTTPS won't change the fail checks in esp_https_ota. Maybe you know something I don't, but I'm not seeing this as a workable answer. J...

Re: How to do OTA from unknown local server

Just take out the checks for cert and https in esp_https_ota and you can OTA from HTTP or HTTPS without checking the cert. Just comment out the two return ESP_FAIL lines. Here.... if (!config->cert_pem) { ESP_LOGE(TAG, "Server certificate not found in esp_http_client config"); //return ESP_FAIL; } e...
