In the current version of the SDK, pretty much yes, there's nothing that can be done to reduce current further once you are running at 80MHz. We will be working on modem sleep support for BLE as part of the next release (3.0). This should allow the radio to be enabled only during scanning and connection intervals, reducing the average current consumption.
