I am having trouble connectiong to the ESP32-S3-Devkit.
The machine is running Windows 11 and the latest version of VSCODE.
I have a USB cable connected to the "USB" port of the Devkit.
The device shows up in the Windows devices list under Universal Serial Bus Devices as "Espressif CDC Device".
In VSCODE I selected ESP32-S3 device and "ESP-S3 Chip(use built-in USB-JTAG)
After code is comiple and I attempt to flash I get prompted: "OpenOCD is not running. do you want to launch it?"
