Recommendations for hx711?

Hi,

I'm trying to implement (in C or C++) an app that uses the hx711 weight sensor. The board I have is the ESP32-WROOM-32D (DevKitCv4).

There are lots of libraries out there. Any recommendations as to which one is best for the ESP-IDF/FreeRTOS environment?
