ESP32 AT+CWSAP

hi,
I tried to set the ssid in softap mode using AT-Command
AT+CWSAP="ESP_MAIN_W","","1","0"
i am getting same reply(echo), any command after this gives ERR CODE:0x01080003.
other commands are working.

Kindly suggest to rectify the issue.

Make sure the AP is enabled with AT+CWMODE of 2 or 3
Channel and ECN should be not quoted.
i.e. AT+CWSAP="ESP_MAIN_W","",1,0

i tried AT+CWSAP="ESP_MAIN_W","",1,0 same error,
