Is there an example of transmitting video streams between two boards

One board is equipped with an OV3660 camera, while the other board is equipped with an ST7789 driven TFT. It is necessary to display the images captured by the camera on the TFT. Is there a similar process

I believe it will be a combined task of OpenCV, Gstreamer and Adafruit ST7735 Library.
