Having both PSRAM (2MB) and SRAM (512KB) in controller on the ESP32-S3R2 use together?

if yes, how we can configure RAM memory? any specific configuration needed to use SRAM & PSRAM together?

how is RAM memory assigned like SRAM is used first and once it is occupied after that PSRAM is used?

please provide brief information about using SRAM & PSRAM together for ESP32-S3R2

with this configuration (SRAM & PSRAM) can we used external 16 Megabytes flash?

Thanks for your quick response. I appreciate it. Please find my response below.

Document link that you have shared is referring external PSRAM. But we found that ESP32-S3R2 controller has In-Package 2MB PSRAM.

So, configuration to use In-Package PSRAM is same as external PSRAM? If no, then please provide brief detail about needed configuration.

Can we use external PSRAM with In-Package PSRAM on ESP32-S3R2 controller?

In-package behaves the same as external, as in the silicon dies inside the package are separate, so the connections are exactly the same as if the psram was external. No, you cannot use both external and in-package PSRAM.
