Source code to help debugging

Postby leenowell » Sat Feb 09, 2019 6:10 pm

Hi all

I am having a few issues with mesh and suspect I have uncovered a few bugs in the framework. I have posted the issues on this (and MDF) forum but unfortunately nobody has been able to help. Is there anywhere to download the source code for the mesh functions so I can try and find the issues myself? I see there are some source files with the IDF but not for the mesh functions as far as I can see.

I am using v3.3 beta if that helps.

Thanks in advance for your help

Lee.

Hi,

Do you need help for WiFi MESH or Bluetooth MESH?

Also, Would you please describe your issue or requirements here so that we can help you to resolve your problem?

For Your Information, Right now Chinese New Year is going on so you can get response little bit late. So, Sorry for inconvenience for that.

Thanks very much @Ritesh for getting back to me. I have logged the various issues on this forum/ MDF forum here are the links.

1. https://www.esp32.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=9181
2. https://www.esp32.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=9138

The issues are with WIFI Mesh and I am using IDF rather than MDF (my mistake earlier as I hadn't realised the difference :) I am using 3.3 beta and have also reproduced the send to ROOT issue (1. above) on 3.1.2.

thanks in advance for any help

Lee.

Hi Ritesh

Yes I still have all the issues. The one I am focusing on at the moment is the issue where a node can not send data to root - i.e. the first one below. This is a link to the item on this forum that I posted.

https://www.esp32.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=9181

If you need any further information from me please let me know.

thanks

Lee.
