and when try to launch I'm getting the below error

can't build the project under eclipse

I'm getting the bellow error every time i'm trying to build my project
the strange thing that there is no response when I press the gear icon beside the launch configuration for editing as i used to do before. may be it is something that is relative to a new update to the plugins
