Stereo headset with mic

I need to connect a stereo headset with microphone ([example](http://www.policeequipmentdealer.com/ri ... tails.aspx)) to the ESP32.

I have also a couple of PAM8403 boards, one of those could be used to amplify the speakers. Can I use the ESP32 DACs to drive the amplifier?

For input (microphone) instead,I saw a preamp on the ESP32, can I use that one for the mic?
