What is the output range of the ESP32 DACs? 0 - 3.3V?

Looking at the data sheet found here:

The story seems to be that there are two 8 bit digital to analog converters using the input voltage as reference. So my belief would be that the output range would be 0-Vdd (0-3.3v).
