I'm new to ESP, need some explanations.

Hello forum!
I get ESP-WROOM-32 from friend. I want to get this thing working but I kind of don't know what to do :/

So i downloaded all documentation that was available for that product.

I did everything to point where I need to type underlined command. But I get only this:

How can i fix this?

I have got some previous experience with ESP8266, I was using Arduino IDE. Can I program ESP32 with C++?
How connect ESP to program and then to use it?

Right now i figured this out:

Pin GND - ground
Pin 3V3 - 3V power
Pin EN - enable - connect to powier?
Pin TX - data
Pin RX -data

I have USB to serial converter. It has this pins:

Pin 3V3V
Pin 5V
Pin RXD
Pin TXD
Pin GND
Pin CTS
Pin RTS
Pin DTR

Can someone guide me through process of setting up ESP and how to start program it?
